KFC India — amount deducted from my bank account but order has not been processed

Hi

Yesterday i made a transaction at kfc worth rs 229 for mingles bucket, at kfc, agartala but the transaction has not been updated in your account although the amount has been deducted from my bank account. The kfc executive told me that the amount would be refunded back and as such i have paid the amount again via cash.

Kindly look into this on prirority and update me.

I am attaching the successful transaction message from state bank of india.
