KFC India — Amount deducted on 22/01/2021 but order not placed

Address:EUGENE DWAR, FATEHGANJ, VADODARA, GUJARAT

I had ordered from kfc site by paying in online mode. Though the amount of 818.99/- got deducted successfully, i did not grt a order confirmation.
i had immediately called the customer care, who provided me with not much help.
i would like to know the procedure to get my amount refunded.
