KFC India — Amount Deducted twice from the bank account on purchase

On purchase of 1189 from KFC, Vashi, Orbit Mall, Mumbai, Maharashtra, I was charged twice. I paid via debit card and it was communicated that the payment was not received and thereafter I gave cash. But later I came to know from my bank statement that the amount was already deducted. So in a nutshell on a purchase of 1189, I was charged (2*1189). This is very disappointing and I request you to to take quick action against it.

Order no 6930..Had to make multiple calls to track the order. Finally rec'd order after a delay of 40 mins and the order was delivered in a bad shape...The hot crispy chicken was cold and pack was open. The rice bowl was also open...Vert poor packaging while they have charged us extra for the same
