KFC India — Amount got deducted but never got refund from store.

Address:KFC Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad

Date= 5th August

Description= Ordered in-store and payment was unsuccessful. Amount got deducted. Staff told me they will process the refund within 4-5 days. It is 10 days now and they are not processing the refund. I have already sent the transaction details to the staff and all the relevant proof is there with me. I need my refund and compensation for this harassment.
