Dear team,
I had placed an order (Attached in trail mail)
On 20-dec-2017, and amount got deducted twice.
First order which i placed was unsuccessful and the
Second order was successful.
But i did not get refund of my amount. I checked with the bank and they said that both amount have been claimed by merchant. I have take transaction id and authorisation id from the bank also lodged a complaint in the bank.
