I had lodged a complaint on 30.12.2017 at this portal. I was assured of speedy redressal. But despite lapse of 6 days nothing has happened. I had complained about my visit to kfc restaurant at gip mall noida. I ha ordered one item for rs. 224/-only. But my account was debited twice for it. Mr. Sumit an employee told me that my amount will be refunded, but i feel cheated at kfc because they have debited my account twice for one item purchased. And they are not refunding the amount despite my previous complaint. Pleade arrange to refund my amount.
