KFC India — asking refund for a payment by gateway and request on gpay but the order was not placed

This is to inform that a amount of 634.99 has be detucted from my gpay as per the request on 6/05/19 and the order was cancelled automatically by the payment gateway so return my refund as soon as possible, screen shot has been attached, i have also mailed to hcc.
