    Hi, today i.e. on 26th July, 2022
    I received a message from VM-KFCCHK Saying that my KFC express order is ready in 7 minutes 16 seconds And I can collect that order from a pick up counter of KFC showing the receipt. I got in the link Given In the message itself, I think it was a fraud message and since I opened that message I am worried that it might hack my phone details because I didn’t order anything from KFC.
    After sometime I got a message from KFC thanking me for the visit in the KFC branch of Tejpur.
    And there is a link attached where I have to fill the feedback but I didn’t open that link since I think it is a fraud message I’m receiving

        While placing order online through KFC app the order got canceled after payment. I complained about it asked for refund through their email address as there is no refund policy I didn't know what to do. I did not received any response nor the refund till date.
        KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Finally, refund after complaining on consumer complaints.

          Recently i bought a Zinger burger meal contain a burger, fries and a drink from KFC varanasi, when i received the item i was shocked seeing the burger it contains a myonese and a crispy chicken inside a plain bun.

          similarly i had burger and smoky grill in Lulu mall Bangalore, same i faced and they served a kind boiled chicken in the name of smoky grill and in burger they asked shall i make it spicy, i said ok when i saw the bill the charge around 40 ra to add the red chilli sause to it which is not worth.

            We are waiting with our food to eat but they don’t cleaned the previous eaten food until 15 minutes of waiting ! This worst experience of my kfc ever !

              Good evening
              I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number at kfc store moosapet hyderabad
              I paid via debit card payment debited order has placed but didn't received the order and after 10 pm it's showing that it's been delivered in the kfc tracking link but i didn't received it
              From 8 pm I have been trying calling to moosapet store but they didn't answer my calls
              Then I have complaine to kfc team
              The number is [protected]
              Then they said they will raise the concern and i got call from gopi [protected]
              He said we delivery is sent by delivery men but we don't know where he is and we don't have his number...
              This is least irresponsible way to run a online delivery app without having any information about the delivery man uh people make us pay through online... To this type of frauds for customers ... Atlest they need to refund my amount but no response from kfc team they are least bothered about it...
              Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

              Please help me to resolve the issue and help me to get refund

                I did a order through kfc app and selected UPI method for the payment and payed through Google pay 463 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.
                I need refund for the same ASAP.

                    I placed an order on 20th July 2022 worth Rs625, through the KFC app. Payment eas done via UPI (PhonePe) and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP.

                            I just ordered smokey grilled bucket and zinger burger.they had given me 2 dips of 10gms approx and charged me 95rs extra.once i saw on bill i had been charged for dips .i told the kfc order taker to cancel these dips they said not possible.i was kfc lover but today i am not Satisfied with your service.looting customers.i had been in lots of kfc restaurants in India and in abroad but today i got disappointed.i want you to revert back asap.Even they had given cold chicken.

                                  Sodexo has partnered with Sodexo in 2018, but still why executives are not accepting sodexo card while paying for the order. They are making rude comments and passing obscenities when we asked why they were not accepting the Sodexo card.
                                  The main purpose of Sodexo is to be used for purchase of food. I want to know why the Ambattur branch in Chennai is not accepting sodexo. If it is not resolved I'll raise a compliant with consumer forum cell. Why should I pay with my credit card even when I hold a Sodexo card with ample money left in it.

                                      I ordered through KFC app on 13 July 2022 at Vegas Mall Dwarka, Delhi
                                      The total bill was of Rs.601 and i made the payment through Google pay and payment got deducted but the order was not confirmed than i complaint to the store manager but they ask me to wait for 3-5 days and its been more than that .
