Failing in Seven minutes policy regarding my order

Not received refund or order after paying

I had placed order and paid ₹457.99 using paytm but didn’t get confirmation of order even after paying the sum. The customer care told me they’ll call after 10 mins 2-3 times but it’s been more than 12hours now with no news...

On 31st March i placed an order at KFC spot18 store and paid the amount using UPI payment gateway. But the order didn't got placed upon escalation they told me that the amount will get refunded within 3 days. It's been over 7 days yet i have not received any refund. I have all the amount debit proof also i have raised this issue on thier email id. Taken several follow up on email and customer care number. Didn't refunded my money....

Payment Through UPI for KFC Order Not reflected in KFC App

I have Ordered Ultimate Saving Bucket Through KFC app from Seawoods, Nerul, Navi Mumbai Now. I made Payment Through UPI app Google Pay and Money Got Debited Successfully But it is not reflected in KFC app and Order is Not Confirmed.

I need My Money Refund as soon as possible.

Staff behavior

A staff at kfc mistreated me. She done this twice as I visited there.She is misbehaved with me and was attituded and not even asked sorry. I'm really disappointed. KFC should teach their staff that how should they behave with the customer and treat them equally....

Balance refund of rs 388.99 pending

Dear Team KFC

As informed to you that it has been over a month and the balance refund of rs 388.99 has not yet been paid to me.
Would like to know what are the possibilities of me getting back my money?
Shocking that no one even bothers to respond. Your silence is deafening. Please let me know immediately on the refund. Would it be initiated this year or next year...

Drinks refill policy

They are working against their company policy, of drinks refill policy, the staffs are shouting while we ask for the drink refill. They are telling that the policy is not valid for indian market, and we had very bad experience with KFC...

Balance refund of Rs 688.99 still due.

Dear Team

It is almost a month and I am yet to receive the balance amount of Rs 688.99
I have already informed that I had paid two payments of Rs 688.99 each and food was not delivered.
While it took almost 3 weeks to get one refund, the 2nd one is still pending. Please let me know when can I expect to receive the balance amount of Rs 688.99
I have already shared screenshots of payments done by me as well...

I haven't received the refund in 2 weeks

I ordered 2 weeks back on the kfc app and I made payment though the Paytm and the money got deducted but I never got the refund. I spoke the manager he said it would reflect in my account in 5 days but it didn’t....

Money Debited from Account But Order was no placed.

Address:At Ansal Plaza ,Near Pari Chowk , Greater Noida

On 1 st April at 7:43 pm, I ordered a burger of rs : 104.01, Money Got deducted from my bank account through PAYTM UPI, but ordered was not placed . I want my refund back. I also talked at counter they told that money will refunded by tomorrow. still its not done.
Kindly refund it soon.

Money debited and order not placed nor a refund

I placed an order at 10:56pm on 1st April with order value of 379.99. The amount got debited but the order was not placed. Despite money being transacted from the app itself, neither a confirmation message nor a refund message was given.
I need some action to be taken as soon as possible....

KFC KFC order SMS received which I haven't ordered

I got the below SMS and for the order that I never placed., How did someone get my number?
Why and how did this happen. ?

Amount debited from account and no order placed update

I paid through google pay for an online delivery, and after amount got debited, i didn't get any confirmation mail or sms from KFC. Now I dont know where to check whether my order is placed or not. No order history in the KFC app too....

Very bad quality chicken, so tough it's unbreakable

Ordered online through swiggy, and got the order, it was cold, smelled bad, but most importantly the chicken popcorn was so tough that it's not chewable, unable to break it by hand,
Hot wings i ordered, we're the same....

Have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Paytm to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹473/- ASAP....
