I ordered at 8:32pm and got a message of dispatced at 9pm but I got my order at 10:45 pm after my guest left the house.
This is very poor service. Never expected this from KFC. What is the use of ordering in app If the proper service is not given?
If I call the manager(CMH road Bangalore India store), said already dispatched by thier delivery channel partner. After waiting for long time, I complaint through customer care and had a word with Manager again, and he shared one more delivery channel partner details to contact but again he failed to deliver. Finllay at 10:45 pm I received my order after doing all the circus with your KFC team. I understand it's not problem of KFC employees, they have dispatched my order twice with your delivery channel partner, but I did not receive the order from them. Going forward Please Ensure you select right and good delivery channel partner who gives good service and give a good name to KFC.
