Yesterday, I visited Nehru Place kfc delhi city. I ordered Popcorn and chicken box whose amount was Rs.471/-. I paid the amount with credit card but they didn't provided me with a bill. As per kfc policy, if bill is not provided the order becomes free! But, here the staff and the restaurant manager weren't even bothered about it. When I told them about their policy that it should be free they ignored my statement. The restaurant manager said that you will receive an e-bill but I didn't. ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THAT IF YOU CAN'T STAND WITH YOUR POLICY THEN TAKE IT DOWN. PLEASE DON'T FOOL PEOPLE. So, I didn't get the bill and my amount was debited. As per restaurant manager will be sent to mobile but it’s not received yet to me.
