[Resolved]  KFC India — cash deducted two times (credit card and debit card) order not placed

Hi.. I tried ordering wednesday bucket through kfc app on 12 feb 2020 two times.. First using credit card then debit card... Both times after entering otp it was showing we apologize for the inconveniences please go to home page. Total of 1064 rupees was deducted. I contacted bank customer care they are saying cash was sent. Kfc customer care asked me to contact the shop. When i contacted them their reply was sthat they haven't received the cash.
