I have ordered a Chicken Zinger from Mogappair (Chennai) branch on 15th Nov'22 for lunch. Soon after I got the order, I felt it was overly thin and small. When I disassembled the burger and checked, it was very clear that they have kept Chicken Crisper's center instead of Zinger's chicken piece. I immediately called the outlet and placed my complaint, when I was shocking told that during Tuesdays and Thursdays the cut piece will be small and remaining days it will be normal. Which should not be the fact in such a big organisation's outlet after all the QC checks you have.
Since it was not convincing I spoke to another senior women employee who admitted that they had gone for lunch and there was a new intern who packed the burger wrongly. They said they will not repeat this issue again (a vague excuse).
So what about the loss which I have incurred now? I asked for replacement an they denied doing that, which is totally unfair. This need to taken seriously as it is equal to stealing people's money and cheating them. why should I suffer for their carelessness and laziness to cook Zinger center chicken piece as they ran out.
KFC Annanagar and Koyembedu outlet is much more better and Mogappair branch is worst in service and being genuine.
