KFC India — Complaint about Order - Less Quantity and Missing Items, Staff behaviour

Dear KFC Customer Service,

Trust you and your family are in good health.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from KFC TC Palya. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to two main issues:

Less Quantity: The quantity of the items received did not match what was specified in my order and I was receiving in my previous orders. I noticed a significant shortfall, and this discrepancy was quite disappointing.

Missing Items: Additionally, I ordered Biryani where gravy was missing and moreover popcorn chicken pieces were quite less. i double-checked the receipt and cross-referenced it with what was delivered, and it is evident that certain items were omitted.

Further, once I visited TC Palya outlet and my experience was totally frustrated. As first they took around hour to prepare the order and when order was prepared they give me portion of the order. I took the half order and sat down and started eating. It took some more time to provide the full order. Moreover, there payment system wasn't working, hence they requested to wait and have the meal, however b/w they came and started insisting for the payment. I requested I'm having my meal once it's done will come and may, nevertheless they came with pos and insisted me to pay. As I was having meal it was totally uncomfortable to go and wash my hand and then to pay.
I'm sure KFC management will take some serious steps to eliminate all aforementioned issues.
