KFC India — Delivery Time and Payment issue

I Ordered Food in KFC DHARWAD, My Order ID is # K435W09070,
my complaint is that Still i have not recevied my order but in APP it showing that it is delivered... Also my Payment Method was CASH ON DELIVERY,
and also it was shown that it will Delivered within 9:10 PM... Now time is 9:40PM ... Please Take Action on this and Make My Order FREE of COST...
