I ordered 2 burgers from kfc using KFC website opting" delivery and hand it to me" on 8 September 2022 in the evening using credit card for Rs 201. The person with name Sayed was assigned to deliver my product and it showed estimated delivery time by 8:23 Pm on 8 September 2022. I waited till 9 Pm as i got a message on website it was getting delayed. Delivery agent Sayed called me and said that he would not be able to deliver it as my address is too far and he also said that KFC was asking me to come to NIBM road KFC to pick that up. I said no because this was not agreed and i had already selected delivery option and paid in advance online. Sayed disconnected the call.
Since then I am contacting KFC via twitter, email and call but they are just passing it with excuses that some one would call, but no one is bothered to call. Neither I got my refund.
Please resolve this and get me the refund for product not delivered. This is the message i got when i ordered "
"Hello KFC Lover! Your Order No.[protected] amount Rs. 201 will arrive in approx. 45 min." This is for your reference.
