KFC India — Extraordinary delay in delivery

I placed an order on 19th Aug today at 1:15 PM, was informed that delivery would be done in 30 Mins . Called again at 2:00 Pm was told that order already dispatched and I shall receive a call back from store in 2 Mins delivery in 5 Mins . Called again at 2:15 PM, same story . called again at 2:30 same story that order dispatched and I shall get in 5 Mins . Called 2:45, same story . Till now I am waiting for the order .
