I ordered food for Rs. 961/- with KFC Cochin Aluva- Pulinchoode, Kochi, Kerala 682016 on 12th Feb 2023 through KFC Mobile App having the order ID: K269W65435. The order was placed at 6: 54pm and scheduled for delivery at 7:39 PM.
At 7: 40PM, the app showed my order as completed without actually delivering the food. I called up KFC customer care where i was told that a complaint has been raised and that i will get a call back from the outlet in 5- 10 mins.
Upon receiving no call from the outlet i called up customer care wherein complaint number K[protected] was raised. I was asked to contact the outlet directly to resolve the issue.
Upon contacting the outlet, i was told that the delivery boy from shadow fax (who is the partner for delivery) had misplaced the order and they will proceed to raise a refund request.
This request for a refund was not placed by the KFC Aluva outlet for 2 whole days citing power issues. It's only after multiple follow-ups through WhatsApp and calls they sent me a photo of a draft email raising a return request. I am yet to receive any official confirmation for my refund request, neither has the money been refunded to my bank account.
Please Refund and resolve
