Dated:[protected] at 7.00pm (order no : K184K01558) I ordered meal through KFC website, After one and half hour order was not delivered to me, I called service centre and delivery rider they told me that your order cannot be delivered to you, and further told that Branch has informed you about the status, but they never called me I was calling again and again for my delivery but was no response after two hours Branch (Gajuwaka - AVK college building) called me for the first time to tell we cannot deliver your order. My 5 years old kid is waiting for food at my home, if there was any problem in delivery they have called me earlier. I was very disappointed with kfc delivery service. Till 10.00pm no information about refund status or cancellation of order to email. However after this incident I Lost faith in kfc service. Moreover, I want you to make Inquiry in this and update me with your actions taken in this regard.
