On 11/3/2015 I have placed an order through online to KFC Mangalore Kadri Branch, worth of Rs. 498.06, After waiting for more than an hour, when I contacted the local KFC outlet they were telling that there is no order placed by me. But the said amount has been debited from my hdfc bank account thru net banking with vide reference narration (BHDF[protected]-billdkYumRestaurants) with transaction ref[protected] for Rs. 498.06.
I have made the complaint online twice thru Akosha complaint forum and another complaint to KFC complaint forum. But its already more than a week, so far not even a single person contacted me. Wherever I contacted to your customer care team, Im totally disappointed. I am treated with negative response from the customer care staff. This is the way KFC treating the customer. Im totally disappointed.
Kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful to refund the amount to my bank account.
