I arrived at the drive thru at KFC and was in line for about 3O straight minutes. When I got to the speaker the lady told me twice to speak louder and when I spoke Louder she got mad about it. When I finished ordering I did not roll up my window and I’m guessing she accidentally pressed a button but I heard her say a rude comment about “ if another fckn customer yells one more time” so I ignored it about 10 minutes passed and I was next on line (I was on that line for 40 minutes) got my food. Started eating while driving and realized the chicken was nothing but hard chicken well not even chicken it was just a crispy ball no chicken. I had to throw my food away and had to wait to get home because all I had was 7$ on my bank account and all I wanted was kfc. for me to wait 40 minutes to get that?! I NEED a refund .
