KFC India — Frequent Incomplete order

Order no 3574 of kfc pacific mall delhi.
Ordered chicken rice bowl but received only rice bowl without chicken.
Ordered thigh pieces for 2pc hc but received rib pieces for both.
On top of it delivery person didn't have change so had to pay him extra as well.
We are paying so much for the taxes (Service tax for delivery as well). With that kfc does not remain cheap anymore.
After all that at-least provide what we pay for.
We are a daily customer of kfc and this is not the first incomplete order.
Please improve your services.
