I ordered Wednesday Bucket yesterday. But along with the fried chicken, the KFC employees also decided to reward me with some of his hair inside the chicken piece. It was in-between the crispy coating and chicken layer. At this time of covid, where KFC is bragging about double safety and high-class hygiene. I did not find any hygiene in sending hair along with KFC chicken. The employee preparing it must have not followed the precautions and covered his hair. Being a very regular customer of KFC, this was a highly disgusting experience. To find hair in food is absolutely terrible. I didn't pay for such hygienic food. KFC is not following its so-called safety rules while preparing our orders. They are terribly preparing food with no safety precautions. I tried calling customer care, I was on the line for more than 60 minutes then the line disconnected and whenever I tried the next time, it didn't work. This is a crisis. The restaurant is serving hair with food and customer care is being negligent about the work they have to perform. KFC has risked my life with such unhygienic practice. And it is risking others life too in this pandemic by not following any precautions. Kindly resolve my issue. I expect a refund or any compensation for the terrible experience I have had. Being a very regular customer, this was a disappointment!
