Very disappointed with the kfc staff at kfc drive through, kharar.
This happened not once but twice. Being a regular customer at kfc mohali and chandigarh, i had never expected the kind of behavior faced at the kharar drivethru.
Earlier i ordered 2 large chicken popcorns and 2 chicken fried rolls on 17 november, 2017 at 01.18 pm. Since it was a delivery order it reached after 45 minutes which was not a concern but since the ordered items where soggy and overcooked, i register it at feedkfcback.co.in.
I then reached a call from the shift manager at kfc drivethru kharar the next day offering an apology for the delivered food and invited me to the restaurant for collecting the same order again (Complimentary)...
At the evening of 18 november when i visited their restaurant, the staff starting harassing me by not allowing me to meet mr. Sachin (Shift manager) who invited me and on explaining what discussion i had with mr. Sachin they forced me to wait for 20 minutes to accept the order which was complimentary and extra 10 minutes providing the excuse that the fried roll will take a bit long...
After this they told me that out of the complimentary order of 2 chicken popcorns and 2 chicken fried rolls, i had to either pay for the chicken popcorn or i'm not eligible for the same.
And all the time i had been their at kfc drivethru kharar i. E. 30 minutes the staff was staring and ignoring me as if i tend to be a beggar who was their to eat free food...
I'm seriously hurt with this incident at your franchise and was forced to leave without accepting the order because of the harassment faced.
I don't even think of returning to the particular restaurant and even kfc if possible since it was a shocker despite being a regular customer of yours...
