I have placed an order on KFC App on 29thsep 2021. So it was written no cash on delivery so I have paid using google pay. The money has been cut from my account and has been sent successfully but the order hasn't been placed. So I have called customer care and talked to them they said I will be getting a refund in 7-10 business days. It passed 12 business days but I didn't get my refund. So I have called again. They said the store in charge will be calling you. He has called and said he will get back to me. But he hasn't called me again. So I have called him but he didn't pick up. I have tried 2-3 times calling him but no response and I haven't received my money also, which I never expected from KFC.
