KFC India — I am complaining about my refund

I have placed an order from kfc web portal on[protected]. I processed the payment through net banking. My amount got debited, but ordered was not placed. Also, i haven't received any confirmation regarding my refund. I was trying the past three days to connecting the payment gateway and kfc, i haven't received the proper response from them.
