KFC India — I didnt get my refund its more than 2 week

Address:Kfc nehru nagar jabalpur bigbazar mall

I order food from kfc app my money get deducted from my upi and order didnt take place i call customer care they tell me toh submit refund screenshot after that they told me you will get refund in 7 working day but i didnt get refund till know its more than 2 week
