KFC India — I'm complaining about the refund of my money

So on 11th June I went to my nearest KFC(cc2 kfc) and I've ordered from kfc app using Paytm UPI and I've opted for dine in. The payment request came from KFC and I've completed my payment using Paytm. The amount of 681 rupees got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed. The manager of KFC assured me that the money would be refunded within 3 days. And it's been three days but I didn't receive the refund. I've tried contacting kfc and also the branch I've visited but no response.
So all I ask for is my refund of rupees 681.
