We ordered food from KFC's outlet on Friday (5th June) and were extremely disappointed by your service.

Even after confirming the order thrice on call, the delivery was completely wrong.
Instead of veg burgers, non-veg burgers were delivered
Non-veg food was sent in veg packaging
When we called the customer service to complain, we were kept on hold for 30 min and got no response. We called back on Monday to complain. Initially they did not accept their mistake, when we insisted; they said they will get back to after listening to the recording. They called us back after an hour and mentioned that it was indeed a mistake on their end and they will ensure this is not repeated. Really, that’s your solution? You have to understand that we ended up wasting the food as vegetarians can’t eat non-veg burgers. Do you expect us to pay for food that we couldn’t consume esp when it is your fault?
We were told yesterday that someone will get back to us and we are still waiting to hear back from them. If this is the kind of customer service at a reputed organization like yours then let me assure you that we would not want to ever order again at KFC .
