[Resolved] KFC India — Incorrect billing to invoice no. [protected]

Dear Sir I'm very sorry to inform that my credit card was charged Rs.880 instead of a invoice of Rs.440 made on date 04 January, 2015 at KFC Devyani International Limited, Ground floor, junction mall, city center, durgapur. The invoice number is [protected] order no. [protected] date: 4/1/15, staff: 31407 (purnima). Table no.4. The invoice as attached shows an amount of Rs.440 but my credit card was charged for Rs. 880. I request you to look into the matter urgently and refund the excess amount of Rs.440 in my credit card account otherwise I will be forced to take strict legal action in this regard. Also, take necessary action against the staff who has committed this mistake together with an apology letter from his side. Looking forward to an early reply.
