KFC India — Invoice not provided for the Order

Address:KFC, Logix Mall, Noida

I have multiple request but neither Zomato not KFC is providing the invoice, seems there is an arrangement between them by which they donot provide invoice for the online order.
Incident happened at KFC outlet : KFC, Logix Mall, Noida ; Date of Order : 25/12/21. Call centre directs to outlet and outlet clearly stated they donot provide invoice, only KOT will be provided and Zomato can only provide Order summary.
