[Resolved] KFC India — Irresponsible behaviour | |||
I am residing in Bangalore and recently I had a very bad experience with KFC, when I visited their outlet in Total Mall near Sarjapur Road. When I reached the counter after 15 mins standing in que, for almost 10 mins. no body turned up for my order. Still 5 people were in que behind me and the person who was handling the counter was doing something else. I think KFC don't assign jobs properly to employees. The person who was handling the counter was doing job of collecting orders and he was in the kitchen most of the time. When he came outside, I literally shouted at him for when he is going to take my order or I need to go back. Then he asked me for order and when I placed my order, he told me very patiently that the option which I preferred was not available with them. Immediately I got out of their outlet by controlling my anger and without saying a single word to this irresponsible person. Was this information helpful? | |||
