KFC India — It's been 10 DAYS and NO REFUND

Address:KFC, East Patel Nagar, 110008 ,New Delhi

I placed an order on KFC website and my money got deducted but they order wasn't placed. I talked to the manager and he's saying wait for some days. It's been 10 days (order on 12 August 2022) how long should I wait?!
Extremely dissatisfied with the approach to the resolution of the issue.
