On 27th aug 2017, i had ordered a kfc 5 in one zinger box, after commitment of food delivery in 40 minutes on the website, kfc 3b2 mohali delivered the order late after 1 and a half hour at 9.30pm. The order was placed at 20.08.

Mr. Narinder singh staff of kfc 3b2 mohali came late after nearly 50 minutes of the desired time of delivery and started behaving unprofessionally saying the orders are now delivered from jugnoo and we have nothing to do with delivery since april. What should i do with this information and the problem? Am i working at kfc? If i was i would have fired such people who cannot work efficiently and put customers at risk and second priority.
Let's talk about the manager, earlier on july 29th i had placed an order from foodpanda and i had paid the amount for 5 in one zinger box and then kfc did not take the order from foodpanda, i called kfc 3b2 mohali twice but the manager disagreed totally to send the order to my place and said we don't accept orders with online payment at foodpanda? Again i was harassed without any reason. I had to order something else from some other place to avoid spending the night hungry.
This unprofessional behaviour from the staff at kfc 3b2 mohali is intolerable and will not be accepted in any way or condition. A strict action must be taken.
