[Resolved]  KFC India — KFC Money deducted but order not placed

I tried ordering KFC through the KFC app and made payment through paytm. The Paytm app shows the order was successful but it did not get placed on the KFC app. I tried contacting the KFC feedback page and tried mailing them, even filled out the information in the feedback page with all the details of the issue and I got no response from them.

I got a call from an executive on 8th July, 2022 and he asked me for my details and a screenshot of the paytm transaction on WhatsApp and I got the refund credited to my account the same day.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
