KFC India — LOW STANDARD PRODUCT AND LESS IN QUANTITY IN PARCEL

my name is sachin k raju.[protected].I am a regular customer of KFC and never got a bad experience from any KFC restaurants.But yesterday i have ordered 04 plates hot wings and 02 regular popcorns as parcel from Janakpuri KFC restaurant, South West Delhi.But staffs told me that there is only 17 pieces of hot wings and wait for 05 minutes.After 10 min they told me to take 03 boneless pieces in place of 03 hot wings and i agreed.But there was only 16 pieces of hot wings and 01 boneless piece when i opened the box at my home.Above all there was some creamy content inside the pieces which was not fried uto the standard level.This type of low standard products are not expected in KFC.
