So i had ordered a takeaway at a KFC outlet in Avadi, New Military road. This was while i was coming back from a short trip. It was overall negative experience at the Avadi branch. I had ordered 2 Box meals of which they only gave me one. Plus they had taken nearly 20 minutes to complete my order. I called KFC customer care to tell them about the whole ordeal for which they told that KFC Avadi branch manager would call me in about 10 minutes to discuss about the issue. It's been 2 hours and i still have got no calls or response. I'm planning to go to the branch directly to confront them for the nearly 300 rupees worth of items that I have not received. What do I do in this situation.?
