KFC India — Missing Order Item and Not taking responsibility for the mishap

After several complaints through Swiggy and even on KFC's social media, I have not been refunded for the missing item. This is not the first time this has happened and is illegal because according to consumer laws, the restaurant has failed to deliver the item I have already paid for.
