Hi team,

On 17th november, i have tried to order twice on kfc website using paytm money for rs 402.
Both the times, rs 402 have been deducted but the order was not confirmed.
On checking with paytm, they asked me to contact you ppl.
Can you please look into it. Please find bill desk food order number

Hi i had order for KFC on the 18th n 1349 were not taken out form my ptym account but the order was failed I would like a refund of the amount also I did not get any reply from KFC for the past 2 days
