On 31st March i placed an order at KFC spot18 store and paid the amount using UPI payment gateway. But the order didn't got placed upon escalation they told me that the amount will get refunded within 3 days. It's been over 7 days yet i have not received any refund. I have all the amount debit proof also i have raised this issue on thier email id. Taken several follow up on email and customer care number. Didn't refunded my money.
