KFC India — Money debited no order placed from kfc app

Hi,
I have placed an order on kfc mobile application from my mobile number [protected] .KFC app sugessted location Bengaluru-embasy tech village, I paid via paytm upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.

Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.
Payment debited from account but order was not placed. try to reach customer service many times but no one ready to help me, keep saying that i will get the call within 15 mins.
Please help me to resolve the issue and help me to get refund .please find the transaction details.
