[Resolved]  KFC India — Money Deducted but Order was Cancelled

Hi, My Name is Sreedhar and I have visited KFC store which is located in Sujana Forum Mall, KPHB, Hyderabad on 26-Apr-2015 at around 07:30 PM. I ordered 2 OMG meal and french fries and the bill was Rs. 380. I've given my Citi Bank Debit card and he tried but said the transaction was failed due to network issues with thier system. And then I cancelled that order and made a fresh order for Rs. 224 as I've less hard cash in my pocket that time. But when I returned to home I found that Rs.380 was deducted from my account for my first order which the store person said was cancelled. On the next day I reached the same franchise and asked about this and they said the money will be refunded in 48 hours. But till now my money was not refunded. Please find the transaction details below.
