KFC India — money deducted from wallet but order not loaded

I ordered food from the kfc app yesterday (2nd december). An amount of 264. 6 was deducted from my paytm wallet, but the order was not loaded. The app showed "oops! The order could not be loaded". I complained on their contact us but no response came, i now just want my money back (Rs. 264.6) asap. The phone number provided in the app is dysfunctional. I don't know how else to contact them. Really bad customer service. Really disappointed.

Im the regular cutstomer of kfc sector-35, employee of the kfc was not treating us in right way.i have ordered a wrong meal.we just wanna doo some changes in that meal.but the employee spoke us in a wrong way.
