KFC India — Money got deducted but order was unsuccessful

I placed an order from kfc hiranandani thane on 4th sept of rs. 784/-
We didn't receive the order from due to some issue from their end but money got deducted. (Attaching the screenshot of the same)
I received message saying money will get credited to my account within 4-5 working days, still money is not credited to my account.
