Hi,
On 8th March, 2022, approximately at 13:00 to 13:30, I have paid 484/- to KFC through PAYTM.But my order was not placed.
I have called to [protected], lodged complaint regarding the same.I was told that I will receive refund in 4 working days and will be getting call in 15min for the same, but I didn't.
Today i.e. on 9th March, 2022 when I called again, I was told that there is no complaint lodged.I wonder how irresponsible you are towards your customers.
I'm from Hyderabad.My nearest stores are L.B.Nagar and Kothapet.

Im not satisfied with your service in perspectives of App, customer service.
I request you to refund my money as soon as possible along with the compensation of my calling balance of 50/-(long waiting time to talk with your executive ), energy, time.
As a regular customer of your company, I will delete all KFC accounts in my family, if I'm not satisfied with your response.
In addition to that, I request you make changes in APP, as its taking 1hour to place an order.
