I ordered on 9th September later a call from KFC store that your order have some technical issue and we are canceling this place another order and cancel order will be refunded to your bank account. As it mention at the app refund takes 7-10 days I raise this issue by calling KFC on 21 September they again assure me it will be refunded soon but refund not done. Later I raise this issue on twitter again on 5th October, again after many follow refund not done. 2 days back re-tweet my month back tweet this time KFC not willing to address this concerns, its 664.1 rs refund but KFC sucks more then this time of mine, would like if any proper channels to penalize such incidents.
