I ordered a delivery from kfc sector 145, advent it park noida . I specifically mentioned to the person who attended my call, to send a change of rs 1000 with the delivery guy . But when the food arrived the delivery guy didn't have the change & was rude to talk too, nevertheless the less he went to arrange change nearby .Also the order was not complete, a bottle of Pepsi was missing . On calling[protected] I was assured I would get a call form the respective outlet soon, but instead I got a direct call from the delivery guy who said he had reached the outlet and would delivery the Pepsi in a while and would then take the money too . Hours went by and I got no call, and 11.30 pm now the delivery guy has been calling me nonstop. This is extremely unethical, firstly why Am I being attended by a delivery guy for a problem, why not by an executive . Also who gave the right for a delivery guy to call a customer at wee hours in the night and thirdly if something was missing in the order why should it be delayed for so long and be addressed after working hours. It's pathetic to face problems like this from a highly professional mnc like kfc
