I had ordered delivery from kfc westend mall, pune on january 19, 2019. I received confirmation email of the order, the delivering restaurant and the online payment made by me. [order number: 9416931]
However the restaurant called and said they no longer deliver in my area so money will be refunded in one week. Its been over a week but no refund.
The company does not bother to reply promptly to sent emails.
Tried calling kfc complaint number [protected] twice. On both occassions got recorded message asking to hold for operator but phone just kept ringing and nobody picked.
I cannot understand why it takes so long to refund money of the customer. Is this yum brands new business strategy to hold onto customers money and hope they forget about it? Seems there is no hope for even prompt refunds judging by the many complaints here.. Was this information helpful? |
