KFC India — No refund from KFC India

I placed an order on KFC Official Website on 16th May, 2022 but while placing order the website stuck on order processing and amount of rupees 616.01 got deducted from my bank account. Then I contacted their customer support and they said refund will take 10 to 15 days. Now, it's going to be nearly 3 months but there is no sign of my refund. Please help me out. Screenshot of payment attached.
