KFC India — No refund received after 7 days

I have made an order from KFC app on the 10th of September 2023 and paid 969 via Paytm app. However the order number was not created and customer care executive stated that refund would be made within 72 hours. It’s been 7 days and till date I have not received my refund.
Today on 15th I made another call to customer care but was told that i will receive a call soon for the same but no one called. Very stressed and unhappy with such lousy service provided
I am sending a screenshot of the payment made which has been debited from my account and after SEVEN days I am yet to receive my refund.
