On 26th April 2022, I placed an order via KFC App of about Rs655/-.But the order was not processed upon which I call them up .The customer executive said because of some technical problem the amount was deducted and will be refunded within 12 to 15 days. i t is going to be almost a month since no refund has been initiated.
I have been calling there customer care end nos of times and they are replying that some one from the store will call up and the amount will be refunded. But till now call . Please Help me. I have personally visited the shop but no help.

Finally in October, i decided to approach the consumer court and informed the restaurant, they immediately give me a delivery worth Rs 655/-
